We built it for ourselves first

We are a lean commercial brokerage with individual and agency licenses in dozens of states. Keeping all of it current was a constant tax on our time. So we automated it.

Back in February we built an agentic workflow that handles the entire renewal. It figures out what is due, completes the filing, pays the state fee, and captures the receipt. It has filed renewal orders with NIPR for our own licenses since March 2026. We turned it into a product so other agencies can use it.
