We are a lean commercial brokerage licensed in every state, individual and entity. Keeping all of it current was a constant tax on our time. So we automated it.

Back in February we built an agentic workflow that handles the entire renewal. It figures out what is due, completes the filing, pays the state fee, and captures the receipt. It has run on our own licenses for a full quarter, and we have not touched it since. It worked so well we turned it into a product.
