What is Delegance for ChatGPT?

Delegance Insurance is a ChatGPT app that lets you manage your commercial insurance program directly in conversation. Instead of logging into a portal, navigating menus, and searching through documents, you can simply ask ChatGPT to look up your policies, generate a certificate of insurance, check compliance requirements, or request policy changes.

The app connects securely to your existing Delegance Brokerage account. Your data stays protected by the same enterprise-grade security as the Delegance portal, with OAuth 2.1 authentication and end-to-end encryption.

Access Your Portal

Get a one-click login link to jump directly into the Delegance web portal.

How to connect

Open ChatGPT and click the + button in the message bar.
Search for "Delegance Insurance" in the apps directory.
Click Connect and sign in with your Delegance account credentials.
Review the permissions and click Authorize.
Start asking about your insurance, and ChatGPT will use your Delegance data to answer.

If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you can sign into the Delegance portal first and your session will be detected automatically during the authorization step.

Security and privacy

OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Industry-standard authentication. Your password is never shared with ChatGPT.
Scoped access. You choose exactly what the app can access during authorization.
No data storage by ChatGPT. Your insurance data is fetched on-demand and not stored by OpenAI beyond the conversation.
Disconnect anytime. Revoke access from ChatGPT Settings at any time. The app immediately loses access to your data.
Tenant isolation. Your data is strictly separated from other companies at the database level.
